If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within less than 24 hours of order placement. If you wait any longer your order may have been processed. To cancel your order please contact by email info@necocollectables.com Order cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you do wish to cancel your order and it has shipped, just refuse delivery of the shipment and have it returned to us, however by doing this you will be charged the return shipping amount and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for shipping, unless the mistake is ours.
For shipments returned to us because of a circumstance out of our control, including, but not limited to wrong size ordered, or you simply don’t want the product, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Again, please note that we cannot refund shipping charges in this instance.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all circumstances.
Receiving Damaged Goods
Do not send the damaged goods back to us for replacement. This will cause a hold up with the refunding/replacement process.Contact us through email for the discussion of details.
