We will accept returns, however it is the customers responsibility for the postage cost (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods).

First of all the Seller must be contacted by email with a pic of details.

This applies to records too,all records I send are pictured in my files,so if any damage please contact me with pics.
All returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the following condition:

In its original strong packing with all tags intact.or for records paper sleeves etc.
Unused,if a used item bought no further use because the differenve will be noticed.
Note enclosed stating requirement (refund/replacement)
Note with purchase information
You will be refunded within 7 Days at the discretion of the company (once the goods have been returned).
